
E-sports is an up and coming form of competition involving organized, digital gaming. Today, both professional and amateur gamers have the ability to stream via platforms such as Twitch and Steam. By making these multiplayer games viewable, it has created a market where many people pay to view these matches. The e-sports arenas built have been reminiscent of traditional sports arenas. This studio focuses on curating a program specific to the needs of e-sports athletes as well as studying different ways to accommodate patrons who pay to view different teams' battles. Borrowing elements from the Model Kit project, this design enlarges, and enhances the connections made with the black box theater program.
